In 1986, he graduated from the Department of Energy, Zhejiang University with a bachelor's degree in engineering. In May 1989, he graduated from Shanghai Railway Institute with a master's degree in locomotives. He obtained a master's degree in engineering. From March 2002 to March 2007, he worked in vehicle engineering at Tongji University. He has a doctorate in engineering and a doctorate in engineering. In July 1989, he taught the Department of Mechanical Engineering of Shanghai Railway Institute. In December 1991, he was promoted to lecturer. In 1995, he was promoted to associate professor. He is currently a professor and doctoral tutor at Tongji University, director of the Automotive Engine Design Institute of the School of Automotive Engineering, and the vice chairman of the Sixth Council of the Shanghai Internal Combustion Engine Society. He is the executive director of the China Energy Society and the director of the Seventh China Internal Combustion Engine Society. He has been engaged in teaching and research work in vehicle engineering (automobiles) and power machinery and engineering (internal combustion engines). The undergraduate courses include “Internal Combustion Engine Design”, “Automobile Construction”, “Application of Finite Element Method in Internal Combustion Engine Engineering”, “Power Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing Technology”, “Supercharging Technology”, etc. Yuan Law (II), "Modern Combustion Engine Design Theory and Method (Ph.D.)", etc. He has graduated from 1 doctoral student and 27 master students. He currently has 5 doctoral students, 25 master students and 15 engineering masters.
The main research results are: "DJ-65 turbocharger development", approved by Shanghai Science and Technology Commission in 1994, won the gold medal of the third science and technology fair in Shanghai in 1995 and national new products; "piston skirt of internal combustion engine" The optimized design of lubrication was awarded the third prize of the 5th Young Excellent Science and Technology Paper Award of Shanghai Association for Science and Technology in 1993; presided over the Shanghai Youth Science Fund Project “Research on the Composite Pressurization System of Vehicle Diesel Engine”, passed the Shanghai Municipality in 1995.
